OUR SALSA

Mr. Bigotes' salsa is inspired in an authentic recipe from our founder's abuelita (grandma); she cooks the salsa with her own hands and the flavors that come out of it are just exceptional. In Mr. Bigotes, we adapted our recipe to keep the freshness for longer, without losing the authentic taste that Mexican chiles have.

THE FOUNDER

My name is Edgar and I am the founder of Mr. Bigotes. I am a Mexican guy who arrived to Sweden in August of 2015 and have been living for over one year in Lund. Mr. Bigotes was born after I realized the huge offer that supermarkets in Sweden have for Mexican and TexMex products. I noticed that there was missing an authentic and fresh salsa, and that was when the idea was born.
